Terms and conditions

Rates listed above are per hour. Sorry but we do not charge part hours.

​

We do not charge for congestion, ULEZ or any other cost associated with travelling in central London.

​

Our work is guaranteed for 12 months including parts and Labour unless we have informed you that the work is not covered by our guarantee.

​

Typical works outside our 12 month guarantee include temporary repairs, repairs on appliances over 10 years old or in poor condition and any other works where we have informed you that additional further work may be required. Don't worry, we keep our customers updated so they know where they stand. 

​

Parking is charged in addition to our labour rates if applicable in your area. It is advised that you arrange a parking permit ready for our arrival if restrictions apply where you are.

​

Materials are charged in addition to the labour rates shown above. Any materials or parts supplied by us may be subject to a handling fee or mark up.

​

Quotes for repairs, installation and larger jobs are valid for 30 days and are not subject to further labour or material  charges.

​

All prices exclude VAT which will be added to your bill at the current rate. 

​

Payment must be made in full on completion of the job. 

​

We accept all major Debit cards, Credit cards, Bank transfers and Cash. Sorry, we do not accept cheques.

​

High values jobs or jobs where materials/parts supplied by us are non refundable, may be subject to a deposit payment before works are carried out.
